Become a member of the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
ADEA is Australia’s peak professional organisation in diabetes education. It actively promotes best practice diabetes education to ensure optimal health and well being for all people affected by, and at risk of, diabetes. ADEA has much to offer health professionals who are interested in diabetes care. If you are a diabetes educator, or have an interest in diabetes education, you can join the Association.
Become a member of the Australian Diabetes Society (ADS)
The Australian Diabetes Society (ADS) is a society for research, medical practice and education in diabetes. Also scholarships and travel assistance are awarded, the latter for younger members to present at ADS and other international meetings. This is a society limited to its membership. You can join the Society.
