Given the recent sexual assault charges being laid against NRL player Brett Stewart Diabetes Australia would like to clarify its relationship with Mr. Stewart.
Diabetes Australia’s NSW office has used Mr. Stewart in the past as one of the spokespeople for their Diabetes Buzz Day promotional activities. Mr. Stewart has also supported a number of events held by Diabetes Australia – NSW.
Diabetes Australia has never had any relationship with Mr. Stewart and there are no plans in the future to begin a relationship with him.
