Eating Out
| Biggest misunderstanding? “From people who don’t realise that you don’t need to have special food when eating out.” (Amanda, age 21) |
Diabetes and restaurants do go together. You just need to know what
foods to eat when you are out. Ask for something that’s not on the menu if there is nothing suitable. Most restaurants will try and cook something different for you if you explain why.
