Diabetes Australia supports and develops the field of diabetes research in Australia. We do this by funding research towards the prevention and management of diabetes or the cure for diabetes. We also aim to foster young and upcoming diabetes researchers.
Since 1987, our program has invested $20 million in 284 diabetes research projects across Australia. Your donation to support Diabetes Australia Research Program is gratefully received. All the Research funds are held in trust and 90% of donations are allocated to grants.
The 2015 Diabetes Australia Research round is open and we welcome your application. In 2014, 46 research grants were funded nationally to a total of $3.5 million.
To find out more, contact email@example.com or call 02 6232 3800. Applications are due by no later than Friday 2 May 2014.
Over the coming months further information will be posted on this page about the research program. This will include the research program guidelines and information for reviewers.
