2008 DART Grants
Thanks to your support of the Diabetes Australia Research Trust (DART) 71 grants were awarded to top Australian researchers in mid November. The aim of these grants is to investigate a number of diabetes related issues around prevention, management and a cure.
The two major grants, the DART Millennium Awards, went to Professor David James from the Garvan Institute and A/Prof Robyn Slattery from Monash University.
Diabetes Australia would like to congratulate Professor James and A/Prof Slattery and we look forward to seeing the outcomes of their research.
