  • ¼ cup blueberries 
  • 3 medium strawberries 
  • 20g brie
  • 6-8 round, wholegrain cracker
  •  ¼ red capsicum
  • 5 snow peas 


  1. Slice capsicum and strawberries into desired size  
  2. Remove top and tails from snow peas 
  3. Slice brie into a small wedge  
  4. Arrange all foods on a plate or platter 
  5. Enjoy!
