3/4 cup (75g) raw walnuts

1/4 cup (25g) raw cacao powder

1 cup (165g) raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until fine and sticky.
  2. Using a teaspoon, shape into balls.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
