  • 8-10 kiwi fruit, puree, skin off
  • 1 ½ cups of mango or pineapple juice, no added sugar
  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
  2. Put mixture into popsicle molds
  3. Freeze for four to six hours
