We have launched our new membership program, Diabetes YOUnited, to significantly expand the range of services and support available through membership to help people right across the country to live well with diabetes. Diabetes Australia membership now includes three levels. I’m already a member of Diabetes Australia, how does my membership change? As a valued member of Diabetes Australia, you have automatically been upgraded to YOUnited Plus, at no extra cost. Under this level of membership, you will now get a range of new and expanded benefits (as outlined in the table), along with the things you already love, like Circle magazine. As a YOUnited Plus member, you will continue to have specific membership rights, including the right to vote at the AGM. What are the membership options? Diabetes YOUnited Essential – At a time when people living with diabetes are doing it tough with cost-of-living pressures, we want to make essential support available to as many people as possible, regardless of where they live or their financial situation. Can I be a member of both Diabetes Australia and another local state or territory diabetes organisation? Yes of course. Being a member of Diabetes YOUnited doesn’t affect membership of another local diabetes organisation.
