Ingredients

2 slices low carb bread* 

0.5 cup baked beans, salt reduced 

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, add baked beans and cook on a medium heat. 
  2. Whilst beans are heating up, toast bread.  
  3. Once cooked, place toast on a plate and spoon heated beans over the top. Serve.
