Chia and raspberry overnight oats

Overnight oats is an easy breakfast for the warmer months, make it the day before so it is ready and waiting for you when you jump out of bed in the morning.

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk


  1. On the day before you want the oats, mix all the ingredients and spoon into jars or containers with lids.
  2. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Enjoy in the morning!
