Ingredients

¼ cup rolled oats

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons reduced fat Greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon 100% nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

1/4 cup berries

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl combine oats, chopped nuts, and seeds.
  2. Top with yoghurt, nut butter, fresh berries and a dusting of cinnamon
