Soak noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and drain thoroughly. You will use half the packet for one serve. Set aside. Sauce: Mix soy, honey, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Set aside. In a non-stick fry pan, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil on medium heat. Add chicken and stir fry until golden. Remove and set aside. Add vegetables to the fry-pan and stir fry until cooked. Add chicken and noodles back to the pan and stir to combine. Next add sauce and stir through until well coated and heated through.
