If you have any questions or concerns about any aspect of your diabetes management that has been impacted by bushfires you can call the NDSS Helpline on 1800 637 700 and talk to a trained health professional. Alternatively, you can email on [email protected] If the bushfires mean you don’t have your NDSS registration number available, you can call the Helpline and we will be able to assist. If you have been evacuated and are unsure of where to access diabetes supplies, you can find your nearest NDSS access point here. Diabetes Australia extends best wishes to all Australians affected by the bushfires for a rapid recovery.
