Queensland University of Technology Study – Type 2 Diabetes Motivation Questionnaire 27 November 2014 The Queensland University of Technology invites you to participate in an online survey. The purpose of the survey is to develop a new measure of motivation that is applicable to individuals with type 2 diabetes. The project team is interested in finding out if there are common barriers to type 2 diabetes self-management due to motivation. You must be 18 years of age or older to complete this survey.
