Youth Art Awards 2026: calling young creatives living with diabetes 10 July 2026 Young people living with diabetes are invited to share their creativity, tell their stories, and have their artwork showcased on an international stage through the Youth Art Awards 2026. The Awards are being presented in conjunction with the International Diabetes Federation Western Pacific Region Congress 2026 (IDF-WPR Congress 2026), which will be held in Melbourne from 18–21 August 2026 alongside the Australasian Diabetes Congress and Metabolic Diseases 2026. Selected artworks will be exhibited during the Congress, including as part of the Global Village and Diabetes Community Day, where they will be viewed by delegates from across Australia, the Western Pacific and around the world. The competition is open to young people aged 3–20 years who are living with diabetes. Participants are invited to create an original 2D artwork (drawing, painting, mixed media or similar) that reflects their creativity, experiences, interests or perspectives.
