Stay connected with your healthcare team 

After a simple, one-off set up in your FreeStyle LibreLink app,* your healthcare team can remotely access your glucose data in LibreView^Ω (a secure, cloud-based system). They can even generate personalised glucose reports, helping you to get the most out of your in-person and telehealth appointments.  

Fay (NSW) explains how she has used FreeStyle Libre 2 to manage her treatment with her healthcare team, saying, “my doctor can access my readings and ring me if she feels I need to change the insulin dose”.
