Place salmon in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with lemon zest, salt, pepper and basil; top with lemon slices. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Whilst salmon is cooking, steam beans until just tender. This will take approximately 7 minutes. Drain well and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive in a pan, cook garlic until fragrant. Toss beans through and cook for 1 minute until well coated. Place beans on a platter and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Serve salmon fillets with green bean toss.
