Ingredients

2 slices high protein, low carb bread* 

2 tablespoons hummus 

1 handful baby spinach leaves 

1 small tomato sliced 

Method

  1. Spread both sides of the bread with hummus. Layer tomato and baby spinach on top.  
  2. Place one slice of bread on top of the other and cut in half. Enjoy.
