Ingredients

1 Gluten Free Low Carb Wrap*

95g canned tuna in spring water, drained

20 g cheddar cheese, grated

1 teaspoon mayonnaise (check that it doesn’t contain onion or garlic)

Handful of baby spinach or lettuce leaves

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt and pepper for taste

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the wrap and add the spinach/lettuce.
  3. Top with the tuna mixture and cheese.
  4. Roll tightly. Briefly toast in a heated, dry pan or sandwich press.
