Ingredients

3-4 mangoes cut into chunks

2 punnets strawberries washed

1 teaspoon honey

Juice of 1 lime

Mint leaves to garnish

Method

  1. Thread the mango chunks, strawberries and mint onto skewers.
  2. Arrange onto serving plates.
  3. Mix the honey and lime juice together and pour over the kebabs. Enjoy!
