Oat and cashew waffles©

2 cups water

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/3 cup raw cashews

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and mix until well combined and slightly thickened
  2. Fill waffle maker to the desired level, close the lid and allow to cook for 10-12 minutes. Do not open the lid before it is finished, as waffles may tear apart
  3. Serve hot or cold, with your favourite fresh berries and other seasonal fruit
