Ingredients

70g (2/3 cup) oat bran  

240ml cup water  

240ml milk of your choice 

4 prunes, chopped or ½ cup blueberries  

Cinnamon to taste 

Method

  1. Add the oat bran, milk and water to a saucepan. Place on medium heat. 
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer and stir for one minute, then remove from the heat. 
  3. Spoon evenly into two bowls. Add chopped prunes and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
