Ingredients

2 tablespoons rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/3 cup milk of your choice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Splash of vanilla essence

1/4 cup blueberries

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Mix oats and chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
  2. Add milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir and top with blueberries and walnuts.
