Toss zucchini, onion, capsicum and tomatoes with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper. Spread on a non-stick baking tray and roast 15 minutes. Remove tray from the oven and place fish fillets on top. Season lightly. Return to oven for 12–15 minutes or until fish is cooked (cooking time will depend on the thickness of the barramundi). Serve fish and vegetables on two plates and top with lemon wedges.
