Ingredients

400g green beans, trimmed

190g tinned tuna, in springwater, drained

½ small red onion, finely diced

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbling

2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted

Method

  1. Steam green beans until tender. Rinse, drain and add to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Add tuna, red onion and feta. Stir to combine.
  4. Divide salad onto two bowls or plates. Garnish with slivered almonds.
