1 1/2 cups low fat milk

4 egg yolks

1/2 cup SPLENDA® Granular

3 teaspoons cornflour


  1. Heat milk until nearly boiling.
  2. Beat egg yolks and SPLENDA® Granular together in a bowl.
  3. Add cornflour, then milk.
  4. Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
