Ingredients

420g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

420g can corn kernels, drained and rinsed

1 medium tomato, finely diced

1 medium green capsicum, finely diced

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

2 tablespoons lime juice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Serve chilled.
