Ingredients

250g strawberries

1 teaspoon low GI honey  

200g Greek yoghurt  

½ cup granola

Method

  1. Slice strawberries and add divide in 2 tall glasses or bowls.  
  2. Add yoghurt on top of strawberries. Drizzle with honey.  
  3. Sprinkle granola over the top.
