Ingredients

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons rolled oats

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt, reduced fat

¼ cup milk of your choice

1 tablespoon grated apple or berries

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon cinnamon

To serve:

1 tablespoon reduced fat Greek yoghurt

1 tablespoon of berries

1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts (or other nuts)

Method

  1. In a jar or container, mix all ingredients well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to soak and soften.
  3. Stir in the morning and top with 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of berries and 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts.
