Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 large egg

¼ teaspoon vanilla

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

2 heaped tablespoons 100% peanut butter

¼ cup sugar free choc chips or walnuts

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly to combine
  3. Using a tablespoon, place batter on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked
