Launching on 20 November following Diabetes Australia’s Annual General Meeting, the report highlights the progress we’ve made together over the past 12 months and the impact our collective efforts are making through advocacy, awareness, partnerships and support.

Most importantly, it shows how members, donors, partners and supporters are helping create better outcomes for people living with diabetes, their families and communities.

Guests will hear from Commonwealth Games gold medallist and Diabetes Australia Blue Circle Collective Ambassador Lachie Kennedy, who will share his experience of living with type 1 diabetes while competing at the highest level of international sport.

Lachie’s story is a powerful example of what can be achieved while living with diabetes and the importance of access to care, technology and support.
